Hello, Graduating Seniors –

All students with an established 2025 target degree completion date are invited to join our annual celebration event:

Light reception following on Herak Quad Lawn

Ordering the rental attire set puts you on the list to receive an assigned seat at the ceremony and a stage card, and this action adds you into the guest ticket system. The attire order deadline is March 21. Herff Jones offers an opportunity for early ordering with a ship-home option (arrives in a couple of weeks), or you can choose the Zag Shop pickup option for availability beginning April 28. Order by 9pm Pacific Time on January 30 and save $10!

Please be aware that each student confirmed for the ceremony will be allocated 7 (seven) guest tickets, which will be available as digital tickets in mid-April. We invite you to share any unneeded tickets with other students hoping to bring more guests – you will be able to transfer the digital tickets to whomever you like. We do not manage a waitlist for extra seats, and we do not have an extra ticket distribution process. The number of guest tickets per student is based upon the capacity of the Arena, and we are providing an equal number to each participating graduate. Know that we live web stream the ceremony and Commencement Mass to assist your extended family and supporters in celebrating with you.

P.S. – In past years, we offered 6 (six) guest tickets, but we have redesigned the Arena floor layout plan so that there will be more room for students accessing their seats upon arrival, and this resulted in opening up some guest seating sections as well. Therefore, we are able to increase the guest ticket allowance to 7 (seven) guests per student this year!
