DO NOT MISS Parent & Family Orientation this Fall!

Posted almost 6 years ago  in Freshman Family.

Dear Parents and Families,

We hope that your summer is off to a wonderful start with your Zag. It is hard to believe that move-in day at Gonzaga is only two months away!

As you’re preparing to finalize plans to transition your student to Gonzaga, we wanted to take a moment to share information with you about our Parent & Family Orientation!

Parent and Family Orientation runs from August 23rd - 25th and is your chance to spend the weekend learning about the resources and programs specific to the Gonzaga experience. You will gain valuable information to support your Zag and resources to "guide from the side" for the next four years. You will also have exclusive access to interact with an array of campus departments and those people that are truly experts on all things Gonzaga. The lanyard and name-tag that we provide with registration is the key to your entry to the weekend’s events.

Don't delay and miss the chance to take part in our weekend programming! Early bird registration ends at 5 PM on Monday, August 19th, and includes a savings of $50!

We want to be ready for you to arrive on campus and to welcome you into this amazing community.

Here is what families are saying about our specialized Parent & Family Orientation program:

"We’ve been through orientation programs at Georgetown and University of Portland. Honey – you left them in the dust! The organization and extremely helpful sessions were great.”
-Liz, Mom of Nick

“We are so thrilled that our son has chosen Gonzaga, and this weekend only doubly confirmed that. What a terrific community of people committed to developing the whole person...love that!”
-Anne, Mom of Grant

"Orientation was amazing! Now, I am more confident than ever that he will thrive at Gonzaga, and that I’m leaving him in the care and support of extraordinary people.”
-Lisa, Mom of Sean
